- ACAnonymous CustomerAug 15, 20253.0I want Emily to be our permanent mail delivery person! I can't believe how bad it's gotten when she's not the one delivering the mail! Yesterday, I didn't get my mail until almost 8pm!!! PLEASE give Emily the permanent position for Dreyton Hall Court & the rest of that route!!! I get my meds delivered so it's important to get my deliveries in the am. Emily is like clock work. She's always here by 11:30 give or take a few minutes. If I have to beg, I will. 🤐 Until she comes back. Also, she never jammed my deliveries in my box because she was too lazy! The ones covering our route lately, do. My mail get squished & they jam them in so tight the I've actually ripped the wrapping! Thank you so much Emily!!!
- MTMelody TriestramAug 15, 20211.08/14/21 Worst delivery ever. I have adult signature required on package that I paid for. However was home the entire day waiting on package knowing this. Instead they are so lazy and throw a pink slip in mailbox saying unable to deliver. Well no S*** in order to get a signature you actually have to take your lazy a** to the individuals door " not the mailbox". Do your job you people get paid pretty well with awesome benefits friggin earn it... And here we go another day nothing not even pink slip picked up my out going flag remains up. 8/16/21
- JSJessica StoneJul 13, 20211.0I went in today to send off a letter which I’ve sent multiple times before from wilmington and only ever paid $1-4 with tracking. I could not remember exactly what it was called but the gentleman behind the desk was no help and told me I had to pay either $26 or $7. I was trying to explain that I haven’t previously and he just told me to go back to where I normally mail items. The attitude from the man was just disgusting and I went to my normal post office and got my letter mailed with no problem. They even checked my old tracking number and it turns out it was sent as a first class package. If the man in Rocky point wasn’t rude and actually helpful he could have helped me figure it out very quickly. I will never go to this post office again and always go to the one by target in wilmington. I’d give zero stars if possible

Sam and Lacey mailed out 400 calenders for my business and actually took the time to check and make sure every address was legitimate/correct so we wouldn’t have to waste postage on ones that would ultimately come back to us in the end. NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THIS FOR US AT ANY OTHER POST OFFICE!!! They are the kindest people who get the job done, no questions asked. They even took out their phones and fixed addresses with the wrong zip code or a typo on the address label! Talk about service. Thank you!!!!
- HLHeather LyndeApr 8, 20191.0Absolutely the worst mail carrier i have ever had. They don't deliver my mail most days. And half the time they deliver my mail to same house number but different neighborhood down the street. I was supposed to have concert tickets delivered today and they say delivered but are not in my mailbox. I wish they would get rid of this mail carrier in Rocky Point that does this horrible job of delivering my mail. I have informed delivery and I know what I am supposed to get every day.
