When I come to the Post office in Red Springs NC the service is very slow. I've been to the Post office on Three occasions. It needs to improve.

This post office all the employees that are non POC always has and attitude with you when you come in. I have witness plenty of times they be so polite to white people but when a POC especially Black people the mail clerk has a attitude. I have called the regional office to report how the mail clerks treat POC especially Black people. Please if you are experience this problem please report it.

First all.. I am not one to ever write a negative review. I am not the person who returns my food at a Restaurant if its wrong or messed up. Im just not that person and can deal with anything. Call the post office today because my tracking number said delivered but none of us have seen it. (I have received several packages - never once with an issue). I was calm and very patient because I know things happen. The first lady I spoke with, as soon as I began to talk she cut me off and said "if you didn't receive your package you need to file a police report". This was before she even tracked my package. She talked so fast as if just trying to get me off the phone. She then tracked my package and said "it was delivered and says here to a garage or other area". I politely explained to here there is not a garage or building of any sort at the home. She quickly stated "well you can call back in about an hour and ask to speak with the post master and he can "gps it". I wait and then call back and speak with post master Francis. When I began to explain I spoke with someone earlier about not receiving my package.. he cut me off and said, in the most rude way.. "I can assure you if you spoke with someone earlier I'm probably going to give you the same answer they did." I proceed to give him my tacking number and mention the "garage" is not there.. he quickly stated "she is my regular carrier and I can assure you she delivered to the correct address". I start to ask him to please check into it and he cuts me off and says "ill check with her and call you back, give me your number". I give it to him. Call ended. - I call right back to ask a simple quick question. He then begins to say that it was in fact delivered to the wrong address and he will have carrier pick it back up. Never mind the package being delivered to the wrong address, I understand things happen. Lets talk about the extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism of this lady and post master. Come on. I wasn't even upset after he told me the people at the wrong address had opened the package. I hate I even have to post this - but here it is. PS (the lady was not Ms Rose - she has always been very nice, helpful and easy to deal with).
