  Needed to have some documents notarized and witnessed and the staff was great! Pleasant, polite and patient! Overall a great experience even though it was a fairly mundane task! Thanks to the whole crew!

  I’ve came into this UPS location a lot. And Spencer has always been the most helpful! He is always friendly and willing to help and we appreciate him!

  Amanda is always super friendly when we drop off packages and very helpful. We are there several times a week. Everything goes quick and smoothly every time.

  I just recently moved to the location closest to the store on 9660 Falls of New # Rd. and Amanda and Brittany could not have been more helpful and kind with all of my needs. It was a pleasure to go in. I ship a lot back home to New York so I will be visiting often.. it was a pleasure.

  I have started coming to this UPS store in the past couple of weeks for my copying and mailings.. All I can really say is that the service is efficient and staff extremely polite and patient. I have only encountered and worked with the Store Manager, Spencer Turpin, who I find to be great. Today, he helped me with my copies and mailings. I informed him that I dreaded to go the the Post Office. He in turn said that his store offers the same service. I jumped on it. I definitely would suggest to give this store a try. You won't be disappointed.
