  POSTING AGAIN BECAUSE MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS REMOVED: My previous one star review of this location was taken down, so I am reposting it with full details. I also sent a direct email to the store owner explaining exactly what happened and never received any response. I walked into this location at 6:55 PM, five minutes before closing, specifically to use the self service Amazon return kiosk. I had no intention of interacting with anyone. I have used that kiosk many times, and the entire process takes under 30 seconds. That was the only reason I even went in that close to closing. The door was unlocked, which clearly signals the store is open. Of course, the kiosk was down, so I had no choice but to go to the counter and ask for help. The employee immediately acted irritated and told me they would “have to see” if they could even do the return because they close at 7 PM. I stayed polite and made a light comment that it was not quite 7 yet. She then openly mocked me to my face. Not subtle. Not a misunderstanding. She made an exaggerated facial expression and repeated what I said in a high pitched, childish tone. It was deliberate and completely disrespectful. I said nothing back. I picked up my item and walked out. Let me also be clear about something else. Removing honest negative reviews instead of addressing the behavior being described says a lot. Ignoring a direct email from a customer about an incident like this says even more. I will not be returning to this location. I will go out of my way to use other UPS stores, and I will continue to share this experience so others know exactly what kind of service they can expect here. If this is how customers are treated, and how feedback is handled, people should know before they walk in the door.

  DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR PICK UP DELIVERIES… THEY STEAL PACKAGES!! I had to have my new iPhone delivered to this store because I would not be home to sign for it. Someone at this store stole the package. It says delivered and that it was picked up five minutes after delivery. They gave us no answers and we had to file a police report. The agent helping us from TMobile said this is not the first claim that they had to file with this location for stolen packages. Absolutely shameful.

  Not even 1 star, nothing! Do not send anything to this store! Customer service is terrible and on top of that my package got “missing “from there.
