  UPS has really fallen off Second time they say delivery attempted when clearly no delivery ever attempted I guess now they just take the orders and if they feel like it, they deliver them and if not, you’re on your own They need to get a new category for “complete incompetence” Instead of telling people they tried to deliver it when they did not. Check with Amazon if you need help with this. You do not take orders if you are not going to deliver them. You need to know this before you take the order

  The people are great. We come here all the time to ship stuff or to get documents notarized and they have been great every time.

  I know I was there two minutes before closing, but one still expects the doors to be unlocked. Instead, locked doors and two associates inside who looked at me like I was disturbing them. I will just go to Bulldog Express next time.
