    Please update the hours of business, this shows that they are open until 7pm. This is wrong, they actually close at 6:30

    While I can not say that I had an overall positive experience, working with Robby was indeed a positive part of my experience; if I do ever use this location (or indeed UPS) again, it will be because of my experience with Robby. The original experience involved a clerk that was so high, just being within 4 ft of them gave me a contact high; they were listing to their phone and scrolling through their contacts and socials while “helping” me. They were so distracted that they had to restart my transaction multiple times. Because they were not focused on their job they missed the timeline and expectations I set, and because of my annoyance at their “service” I failed to realize their mistake; in the end a very important package, that needed to be delivered within a very short timeline, missed the window I was aiming for. To be clear, I was expecting to spend $$ and would have gladly spent $,$$ to meet that window, so this employee did in fact cost this business revenue. But there is no recovering that window, it was missed and is now gone. After this original experience, I was convinced that nothing and no one would be able to salvage or recover any shred of positive customer experience. This original experience and the failure to get my package where I needed it, when I needed it by, has left me hesitant to ever give UPS (much less this specific location) any future business. After a few very frustrating hours on the phone and the UPS website, I was finally able to reach Robby, at this location, on the phone. Robby was courteous and focused on my needs. He clearly communicated timelines and next steps and then actually delivered on what he promised. While the window for delivery has passed, I will at least be able to recover my package in a timely manner because of Robby.

    at around 9:40am today i was at UPS kelis helped but not really it took her a minute to get to me i walked in we made eye contact and she didn’t say anything to me walked pass me and continued to talk too someone on her phone. rude ! she finally got to me when it was convenient for her and the whole interaction was rude she was rushing me and she was still on the phone talking and laughing

    I was at the UpsStore one Monday Morning and i was just dropping off a Pre-paid package which i thought would be fast let me tell you it was nothing of the sort . I was helped by a orange head girl ( should’ve gotten her name ) while her lazy coworker sat there and did nothing . she let a line pile up and continued to sit there and laugh on her phone very unprofessional not a good employee to hire don’t know how she keeping this job with her her very poor attitude .
