Jeanne, the manager/owner of the store blatantly ignored numerous requests I made when carrying out a package return. Not only that, but she was condescending and immensely rude to the employees of the store. Taken aback, but still wanting to complete my task, I soldiered on. Until I had to tape my package. Why do they charge for tape. What the heck. That is so weird. No other store does that, it's an unnecessary, unadvertised charge. To my knowledge, this is not the only predatory charge they have. I hope that this store can straighten itself out, as all this made me quite angry, and frankly, ruined my day.

I assumed I could get it done at my bank, but was told they could not provide witnesses. On a recommendation, I headed to your store where an awesome employee came to my rescue. I am so sorry I did not get her name, but her employee number (on the receipt) is 368206! She was calm and patient and made magic happen! Thank you so much! You were my hero today!
