  Really the best and cleanest ups I have ever been. The staff is really helpful in guiding through some of the cheapest ways to ship item unlike others.

  Kenneth and Niyshia were beyond helpful when I came in to ship packages. They went above beyond for me because I had a lot to ship. They were kind even though I was a little frustrated

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They made the shipping process quick and easy, answered all my questions clearly, and handled my package with care. The store was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I really appreciated their patience and great customer service. I will definitely be coming back for my future shipping and printing needs!

  I was surprised to see a new UPS store in the Battlebridge shopping center, which is closer to my residence. I no longer need to travel to Garner or Knightdale to receive UPS services. On 2/20/26 I was informed by a family member that I must get very important Documents faxed by the 22nd. I remembered that I saw the sign,”we fax” in the UPS window. I had 18 pages too fax front and back and it was close to closing. The store owners Apurva and Pratham worked together In a collaborative effort to make sure these documents were faxed appropriately and on time. A special thanks to these two gentlemen for not only doing a job well done, but being kind and thoughtful in the process. For all your UPS services; sending packages,returns to Amazon ,printing, mailboxes, passport photos, or either notary services. Please give UPS Battlebridge location a try.
