  For the second time I had the displeasure of encountering JACKSON. First time I came in he was abrasive, unprofessional and frankly rude. This time I came in for 500 business cards. I was met by a young lady with green hair whose name I forgot after having to endure JACKSON. When I came in she was amazing. My order wasn’t there so she immediately started printing my cards. Unfortunately the card cutter jammed and she walked away and was cut short by a customer while assisting me. JACKSON eventually makes his was over and ask if I’m being help. I tell him yes the young lady had me covered. He insisted on processing my order and handed me a long box that was 2/3 full. I immediately noted this aloud to which he responded “it SHOULD be 500. I can get you two small boxes” I responded “yes that would be great! I’ve come here multiple times for 500 business cards and they fill two small boxes.” When he gave me the boxes they still fell short of willing the boxes. He made no effort to correct the mistake so suggest aloud that he print enough to fill the box so we are certain there are 500 cards. He scoffs and angrily obliges. He is THE WORST cashier over ever experienced. As a small business owner who frequents this staples for print and business cards these two interactions warranted a review. His behavior is sickening. If he isn’t happy with his job. He should quit but as a PAYING PATRON I expect more from a major corporation like this

  Please be careful if doing an Amazon return here. They made an error processing my return which caused me to not receive my refund of $13. While it isn’t much money, it’s the principle. I even drove back up here to see if they could help me figure out and/or start the process over but instead of help I was met with a nonchalant attitude and was told they wouldn’t be able to locate my item because it’s already been boxed. I was just there an hour prior it couldn’t have been that deep down in the box. Also, the store associate that helped me the first time told me they don’t print receipts for Amazon returns but when I went back up there after not receiving a confirmation email from Amazon, the second associate was able to print what I thought was a receipt. I was confused as one could imagine because I was just told not even an hour prior that this couldn’t be done. Overall, this is my preferred location to handle my business as far as printing/copying/faxing. I just won’t ever do an Amazon return here or if I do I will insist on having a receipt printed and or I will stand there until I get my email confirmation from Amazon.

  I called and they had no needohs left! his name was Michel. HE told me that is sounded like a 12 year old when I am clearly 23. I was getting one for my little cousin because it's her birthday

  I went to Staples to get more printer ink and Eric was the associate who checked me out when I was finished shopping. Eric was extremely nice and friendly! Eric was also able to answer my question about how I could redeem my $5 off. I recommend going to this Staples!
