  Terrell, Kennedi, and Carlos are simply the best. I came in here to get my wedding stationary printed and they were so kind, accommodating and generous. I had to come in the next day and they all greeted me by name. I will never go anywhere else to get things printed and shipped!!!!

  I had the best experience with Associate Kennedi. She was attentive and fantastic at multitasking, she was also very kind and professional. She deserves a raise for her level of customer service.

  Went to pick up a package that arrived last night arrived before closing and the front door was locked saw the back entrance was still open booked it around the building made it in before closing it hit 7pm just as I reached the desk the lady there was going to help me until another lady (I'm assuming some form of management) screamed at both her and myself that they were closed and I couldn't pick up the package she was extremely rude about it I pointed out how they had the door locked before closing had they not I wouldn't have been "there at closing" this led her to blow up at me and start yelling like crazy at me all while practically chasing me out which is extremely unprofessional especially if she is management as a manager in a package operations myself I would never treat a customer like this I had even called ahead saying I'd be there to pick up the package and that I'd be cutting it close the employee on the phone said not to worry but I could overhear the same employee talking how I've been "calling all day" and making wise remarks despite this only being my second phone call to the office that day that plus locking the door early despite knowing I was coming can't help but make me suspect this employee never wanted me to pick up my package last night and did everything to prevent it All in all I hope all customers beware of this short fuse unprofessional employee she seems to have little care of good customer service I have filed a formal complaint with FedEx about this treatment which unfortunately seems to have been ignored as I never got a call back like I was promised On a plus and the only reason I'm not giving this review 1 star I came by right at Opening this morning to pick up the package and Carlos was extremely helpful and kind we had no issues and he even let me borrow the dolly to bring my package to the car that is good customer service I hope the other employee can learn something from Carlos

  Everyone at this FedEx store was extremely helpful, courteous and kind. Got passport photos and copies made of all our needed documents. Will be back even if it’s out of the way!
