I thought this was going to be my new USPS location after multiple rude interactions at Oberlin Road. Fella didn’t scan in my Priority Mail shipping label, and now USPS customer service is telling me the package has had a printing label created but has not been received. I dropped it off for delivery 9 days ago. This gentleman has guaranteed I will never use the Postal Service again. Go private, people. Don’t think twice.

Sonny is a gem and always helpful in finding the best method to get a package to its location. A wealth of knowledge on the neighborhood and efficient at his job! Yes, they close at lunch, but postal workers need to eat too. Just plan accordingly and drop by before noon or after 1 p.m.

This place consistently has the worst customer service I've ever encountered, especially for what should be a tiny little local personable post office. I don't know if they both need to retire or go out on a route and stop working with the general public, but the counter folks are rude and come across like they hate their job and people. The woman who consistently works the counter is too lazy to hand key a 20 digit tracking number and frequently closes early. If I interacted with others in this manner in my own profession? I wouldn't have a job. Yet thanks to the security of a federal government position they can do and say what they want and they know it. I live a few blocks away and would rather drive and wait in line for 25 minutes at a larger post office than deal with these folks anymore. In fact I would venture to say I am cool with them closing this post office anytime so my tax dollars can go to better use than paying their salary. Completely ridiculous. Don't go here it's a complete hassle and headache. every. single. time.
