I have always been met with a smile, a kind word and enthusiastic service. Terry is especially courteous & always going above & beyond. Great group of USPS employees!!!!
- MSMartha SummerlinOct 27, 20251.0I've had issues with mail delivery since moving here. But the worst was that an international package was marked as delivered to the front door/porch on 10/22. We have a Ring camera, so we can see when people leave stuff on our doorstep - absolutely no mail carrier came to our door that day. So I checked the mailbox - nothing. I checked all the doorsteps in my building - nothing. So I put in a service request. They give me a call, tell me it looks like the package was misdelivered so they'll try and look for it. The day after that, they tell me, "Nope, camera evidence, etc. shows this was delivered correctly." Why the 180? Also, why would I put forth this much effort for a package that was delivered correctly? I definitely don't have time for games like this. So I tried calling - no answer. Absolutely impossible to get up with. This package was definitely NOT delivered correctly, so not sure what's going on here. Compare this with the Goldsboro post office I've dealt with in the past, who actually investigate things thoroughly, follow up with you, are terribly professional and very pleasant to work with overall. In contrast, Avent Ferry misdelivers my package and tries to tell me no, everything is fine. Whelp, it isn't though.
