Not only is this post office one of the only ones in raleigh open until 5, it is also the only one with Tonia. Tonia makes you feel like even though mailing things is hard, she is here with you and will make it easier. Instead of feeling rushed, dumb, frustrated, and like I’m making mistakes like I do at most post offices and mailing places, I feel seen and valued. Truly phenomenal. And beyond being helpful, she always asks me how my day is no matter how busy she is. She always makes my day better and makes a usually stressful task doable. Thank you Tonia!!!

After waiting in line for 20 minutes for our turn, she proceeded to tell us they aren’t doing passports photos right now. Absolute waste of our time. She could have easily told us before making us wait in line.
