    I had moved from a address in raleigh. Went online to request mail to be held for my family. They never held the mail. They kept delivering my mail to old address and put the blame on different carriers and staff. They were dropping off my credit cards and important mail to someone that lived in my old address and the person that lives there currently will not answer the door.

    I asked if I could get 4, $5 dollar bills from a $20, after my transaction one day. She said yes so I handed her the $20. She put it in her drawer & handed me a $5 bill & then pulled some $1 bills out and started counting them. I said, "I asked for 4 five dollar bills please" She replied, "You gave me a five". I was somewhat bewildered but she argued and rudely told.me that I didnt give her a $20! I asked for a supervisor and said I would wait all day until I got my $15 but they gave me a phone number to call if I wanted to file a complaint, which I did. The people at this USPS are more often rude than not. I use it because I have to walk there every month to get a money order and dont drive. Be warned. Make sure you count your change if you pay with cash because Ive also been shorted on more than 3 occasions and the line has been out the door every month Ive gone for the last 2 1/2 years!

    The phone number on this profile leads to an automated service that is totally unhelpful! 20 minutes on the phone, nothing accomplished and hung up on me... Extremely frustrating. I hada simple question, 20 minutes later, no solution...
