Tina was the clerk on duty and was friendly and efficient throughout each interaction. She continued to acknowledge those waiting in line and did an excellent job multitasking to keep the flow going while ensuring each customer’s transactions and needs were processed and resolved. I know great customer service when I see it! Tina was very much appreciated.

Which is not true. I have made 2 complaints and have yet to hear from anyone from the office. Yesterday I went to the post office to pick the package up and was told it was no longer at the location and it should have been delivered. I have yet to receive my package from yesterday. When I called to make the complaint the representative assisting me was very much aware of these antics of saying “customer request package to be held at post office.” Which is sad. I have several orders coming from this particular company and received my first package. Then after all of sudden the aren’t being delivered. I would like do this to be resolved.
