I have been going to this post office for several weeks now and have been charged a certain rate for my packages by the nice ladies who work there. James who was filling in tried to charge me a different rate and when I try to explain it to him he would not hear me. I asked for one of the ladies who work there and he refused to go get her. He lacked any sort of politeness and was very unhelpful.
