A simple request and they turn their faces up rudely. FYI just b/c a package was scanned out for delivery at 6-7am doesn’t mean it has left for delivery. Carriers generally don’t leave before 9:30. -10am.

It was my turn and she tells me “tape is on the table and you could have dropped this in the lobby.” She could have announced this instead of me standing in line so long. One customer was there to pick up her mail that was on hold. The mail was with her mail carrier and her route didn’t get mail delivered for that one week anyway. Confuse? So was I.
