- CMCharli MorrisMar 14, 20241.0I paid for Priority Mail on 3.5.24 and started tracking the package a few days later. By the 13th it showed no progress, then it was returned to my mail box MANGLED on the 14th. It was a very large personal check on a time-sensitive payment. So I went to this location to get a refund and retry (limited to Post Office because deposit must go to a PO Box, otherwise I would not have used Mail at all). When I was direct and firm about my frustration and asking for options STEVEN took the opportunity to call me "nasty" in front of a full lobby. I asked him not to comment on me at all. So he went on to say I was "TAKING A TONE WITH HIM." I do not want Steven or anyone else to do anything other than provide high quality customer service. Keep your man-splaining and commentary to yourself Steven.
