- KBkatie bNov 3, 20251.0retrain your employees please. brought an item that didn't need a label or a box, all i had to do was have the item in its packaging box (note that is not the shipping box) show the QR code & that y'all will label, PACKAGE and ship it for me but the girl said i needed a box to put the label on. pretty sure that's what youre supposed to do for me?? i have done this countless times, this was the first time i had an issue🙃
