- 22223remDec 18, 20253.0This is a timely review. Normally, this store gets 5 Stars from me and I use is a lot. Recently, I stopped by to drop off a USPS package and although it was near the end of the business day, and I was the only customer in the store, I was told that it was "against the rules" to accept USPS packages now because their volume of UPS packages was so great. I pointed out that they clearly had much excess capacity and was still told, "Sorry, It is against the rules".

- KBkatie bNov 3, 20251.0retrain your employees please. brought an item that didn't need a label or a box, all i had to do was have the item in its packaging box (note that is not the shipping box) show the QR code & that y'all will label, PACKAGE and ship it for me but the girl said i needed a box to put the label on. pretty sure that's what youre supposed to do for me?? i have done this countless times, this was the first time i had an issue🙃
