- AAAmy3 days ago1.0One of the employees here (the Asian guy) did not scan one of my Amazon returns properly, and it is missing. The item was $35. He was also very rude, even though I was very polite to him. When I called the next day, there was another very rude female employee that basically said there is nothing they can do. She didn't even apologize, and she sounded like she was half asleep. I should have checked my receipt as soon as I left the store. If you have an Amazon return, go to Kohl's instead.

Rude employees as well.. asked a question and the response was “well that’s why there’s signs all over the building” well congrats you lost a customer. I will continue with FedEx for my shipping needs.

Recently, I stopped by to drop off a USPS package and although it was near the end of the business day, and I was the only customer in the store, I was told that it was "against the rules" to accept USPS packages now because their volume of UPS packages was so great. I pointed out that they clearly had much excess capacity and was still told, "Sorry, It is against the rules".
