If you're just running in to drop off some Amazon returns don't bother w this location.they don't have a self help kiosk and the traffic is unbearable.

Update: I see they replied and blamed me for not letting them pack the items themselves. This is useless finger pointing. The package I brought was open and it could've been repackaged if they'd only alerted me to the problem and suggested they repackage it. I'd have agreed. Instead they overcharged me. Original review: They overcharge you and don't give you any tips for how to package or plan for good shipping prices. I've used UPS stores for over 30 years and it's never ever been as bad as it's getting now. YOU have to KNOW how to ship and which boxes and sizes and weights are worth shipping and not overpriced. I came in with an OPEN package that could've been placed in a small priority box for $11, but instead the larger and flatter irregular bubble envelope was priced by size, so 1.7 lbs of materials was priced at over $25. I was in a hurry and didn't even think of it until later when I looked at the tag and went, hey wait. I then went online to ask questions of Google and watch a few "how to ship" videos and quickly found out how I was being overcharged. Good service would've been to point out that the container would be considered "irregular" and priced higher, and possibly the thing to do would be to try and fit the items into a small Priority box since the items weren't heavy. The UPS store needs to incentivize its CS reps to actually help people instead of purposely upsell whenever possible. What I experienced is disgusting. I only gave two stars because for many years the UPS store was a decent and helpful place to go. Now, it's not. If it didn't have a positive past, I'd have given 1 star. Next time I will go directly to the Post office and skip the UPS store. The only advantage of the UPS store used to be that they helped you shop for the lowest price, among shipping methods, to send your stuff. If they no longer do that, it's completely useless.
