They said nothing to me as I looked for the QR code on my phone, the employee behind the register walked away and went somewhere to the back of the store. I said “wow, no one is going to acknowledge that a customer walked ?!?!”. So the other employee said, they were working on something and thought that the other employee that walked off was going to help me. I made my return, but I would prefer not to utilize this location again. A suggestion is for The UPS Store to give customer service training to the employee that walked off from the register while I was standing there.
