Stacia was SOO helpful ! I came into the store with a giant return that I couldn’t fit back in the box and without even asking for help, Stacia started helping me. It took about 10-15 min of reconfiguring and stuffing, but she didn’t give up. She saved me so much money by getting the item back in the box. Huge thank you, Stacia! You’re awesome!

In a day and age where it’s nearly impossible to find amazing customer service; Profs to Bee at The UPS Store at Falls Pointe! Super polite, super knowledgeable, saving me money and giving help when I needed to change my order? What’s not to Love? I give The UPS Store at Falls Pointe 5-Stars all the way!
