All I did was stated that I had an appointment. I had to wait for several minutes after the time of my appointment because the person who did it was on what sounded like a personal phone call, and then she nastily told me to move out of the way while glaring at me. Trashy people. If I had a choice to get this done, it would be anywhere but here. I recommend staying away from this store. There are plenty of other UPS stores with superb customer service and friendly staff, go to those instead!
