I know I was there two minutes before closing, but one still expects the doors to be unlocked. Instead, locked doors and two associates inside who looked at me like I was disturbing them.
I will just go to Bulldog Express next time.

Update: Twice in a row!! This time, the contents were irreparably damaged. It was packed in wrapping paper and plastic bubble wrap, and they still found a way damage it. You bet I'm filing insurance with UPS for this. I'll bet the post office will deliver the next box undamaged.
Original. Box arrived and it looked like an accordion. Good thing it wasn't fragile.

Paid $30.00 to fax some important documents to a doctors office. 10 pages at $3.00 a page. Complete rip off. The absolutely awesome part is im pretty sure the employee lied about the fax going thru and gave me a bogus "confirmation page". If they even tried to send it at all. When i contacted the doctor's office they advised they never recieved them. This is after i had a package worth $500 go "missing in transit" in the ups system a few months ago. Id ask for my money back but these crooks wont refund it anyway so Ive been screwed twice by ups. Not even going into the attitudes I recieve from these folks. Crap company and crap employees. UPS suuuuuuuuucks!!!!!!

This place is the worst in my opinion. Have had multiple issues dropping packages here. The folks here for the most part give unapologeticly unprofessional and unpleasant vibes. My husband unfortunately dropped a couple of packages of for me here Monday to go back to Amazon. I have yet to receive tracking info in the system. Took another package to another ups store the same day and got tracking the same day and a refund the next. This place has $500 of my money still tied up after 4 days and Amazon still shows item unreturned. I missed out on $50 savings on a replacement item waiting on my credit. This place can count their days!
