- IRIliana RodriguezNov 26, 20251.0The upgrade is nice BUT the workers here really need to some training on how to help or assist customer. EVERY TIME I go there they are not pleasant. You greet employees and they say nothing, you ask them a question and they look at you like you are being rude by asking them anything. I go to return a package that specifically says no labels or Boxes needed when the employee scans it she says we need a box, I show her where it says no boxes needed and she responds by saying I don’t understand how people think it’s ok to ship without boxes. Today I went again to return a package and it said no boxes needed but I took a shipping bag in case the employee scans and tells me I need a box again. It was a different employee I said hello how are you and nothing, she scans my he package and I say to her it says no boxes needed but last time you guys got upset so do you need the bag? With a smirk she responded with a yea and took it. I didn’t see her put it in the bag she gave me my receipt and that was it. Unfortunately this is the closest location and I have to deal with these employees. I do think that who ever is in charge of this store does not care for the people they are serving.
