It was supposed to be pre-printed. Cool, no problem. I realize there were printers in the store but he proceeds to tell me that it would cost $4 to print the label. 4 dollars. For a piece of paper! My jaw hit the floor because I have never experienced corporate greed at this level. For you all to tax people like that is sad. I will not be patronizing this location any longer.

I returned a cell phone to AT&T and was busy so did not wait for a receipt. AT&T is now saying they never received that phone. The crazy thing is, the shipping label was never even scanned by the UPS store.

The thin blonde young woman at the computer was unable to find the address in the system. I kept telling her that the one she was suggesting was incorrect, but she started yelling at me and repeatedly tapped the screen with her finger. I was shocked. Then, after I paid by card, I asked for a receipt. She said, “You’ll get the receipt when you pay,” even though I had clearly just completed the payment — the card reader wasn’t even showing any payment options anymore. She then reluctantly handed me the receipt, visibly annoyed. If this is how you treat your customers, I strongly recommend that your employees take a crash course in basic social manners — or perhaps consider positions where customer interaction is minimal. Absolutely shameful behavior. I will never set foot in that place again.
