    I was frazzled when I came to your store today. I needed to get a document notarized, witnessed and expedited asap. I assumed I could get it done at my bank, but was told they could not provide witnesses. On a recommendation, I headed to your store where an awesome employee came to my rescue. I am so sorry I did not get her name, but her employee number (on the receipt) is 368206! She was calm and patient and made magic happen! Thank you so much! You were my hero today!

    I needed to return an Amazon order. The order contained two boxes of similar size. Normally, when I return an Amazon order at a drop off center, it’s a simple scan in return, but at the UPS store, if you don’t pre-tape your boxes into a single unit, they will charge you eight dollars. No thanks.

    I had such a great experience at this UPS store; everything from start to finish was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the team is incredibly helpful. Jeanne, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel welcome and cared for. You can tell she takes pride in the store and her staff, and it really shows. I love coming here. It’s my go-to spot for shipping, printing, and anything else I need. I will definitely be coming back to do a passport photo. Highly recommend!!!!
