- LALorrie Alfano4 days ago1.0I have been to this new store I believe 4 times now. Today was the 3rd time I arrived at their opening time and nobody was there and the store was closed. Nobody came to open until 8:10 approx. The time before I left at 8:15 so I would not be late for work. At that time an employee was there but did not have a key to open the store. The store needs to be open at the advertised times. It's unprofessional and the staff that finally showed up was not kind or apologetic. I also tried to call the store and the voice mail is not even set up to be able to leave a message about the issue. Customers should not be standing out in the cold waiting on a store to be open 10-15 mins.
