- CMchristina morgan3 days ago5.0Just left the store and the customer service was top tier. The girl was very nice and explained to me how Amazon returns worked and was patient even though I was frustrated. I tried to do the return again but was unsuccessful but the owner of the store stepped in and assisted me with the return. He was very helpful and patient as well. The other gentleman working there was also very nice. I highly suggest coming to this location for your postal and return needs! This location needs to be kept in the community.

- LALorrie AlfanoDec 3, 20251.0I have been to this new store I believe 4 times now. Today was the 3rd time I arrived at their opening time and nobody was there and the store was closed. Nobody came to open until 8:10 approx. The time before I left at 8:15 so I would not be late for work. At that time an employee was there but did not have a key to open the store. The store needs to be open at the advertised times. It's unprofessional and the staff that finally showed up was not kind or apologetic. I also tried to call the store and the voice mail is not even set up to be able to leave a message about the issue. Customers should not be standing out in the cold waiting on a store to be open 10-15 mins.
