Went back in and spoke to Shawna, who originally checked me out and explained how I was charged for a bundle when I didn’t get that, no big deal. Shawna got very short and started slamming my receipts on the counter, as if this was my fault? She made a simple mistake that I wasn’t upset over, just needed a simple return/price adjustment. She obviously doesn’t know how to accept that she did wrong without having a nasty attitude lol. Maybe a customer service job isn’t for you, Shawna! Have the day you deserve
