- SOSe Hak OhJun 7, 20251.0Machine is broken, I purchased 2 five gallon refills, but both instances I only got about 3 gallons each. Please fix or I cannot use the refill stations. Update: 5 months later came back for the second time, still has the same problem, water not dispensing properly.
