    Delivery of water as promised is terrible. 3 times was strongly promised delivery and still no delivery of water. Spoke to supervisors, still no delivery. Account payment is up to date. I do not recommend this company if you want on time deliveries.

    I was a loyal customer for readyfresh for 4 years. They were awesome. But once readyfresh is combined with Primo Brands, the service quality decreased dramatically. Always late for delivery and even send water to wrong place but they never apologize for this and no explanation. They took this for granted. I was so angry and disappointed. Then I disconnected the service with them. But they keep sending me bills for >6 months, when order was never made, crazy. I have to spent hours and hours with their customer service and they do not know what to deal with the case properly. not recommend

    I am extremely disappointed with Primo Water and their delivery service. Over the course of several months, my water deliveries were repeatedly canceled, rescheduled, and delayed, sometimes multiple times in the same week. I received constant text messages saying delivery was coming “today,” only to later be told they were unable to deliver—again. To make matters worse, the water dispenser stopped working, and despite canceling my subscription, Primo refused to pick up their non-working equipment. I was left stuck with a broken dispenser that belongs to them, with no clear resolution or follow-up. Customer communication is poor, reliability is nonexistent, and accountability is completely lacking. A water delivery service should be dependable—especially for households that rely on it—but Primo consistently failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. I would not recommend Primo Water to anyone looking for reliable service, working equipment, or responsive customer support. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

    Unbelievably horrible customer service here. Just look at the reviews. Primo, are you even aware that for the last 12 months you have not had one single positive or even neutral review? Since ready refresh has changed to Primo, it has been an absolute nightmare getting any delivery. Literally the fastest delivery we have had was a month late and rescheduled 4 or 5 times. We finally just brought the bottles in off the porch today after the 5th delay. Original delivery was supposed to be the first of the month. It is now the 19 and once again no delivery but we have a message saying it will be next month. We are completely out of water going into the holidays with a house full of family. Without a doubt I have never had service this bad from any company ever. And all the calls we make are constantly generating guarantees of delivery that never happen. We threaten to cancel and we get all these promises of refunded delivery charges which don’t always happen and promises for next day deliveries that have never once happened. It now Primo is pretty much the only game in town so I guess they don’t care at all about customer service. I mean, you really have to try hard to be this bad. It doesn’t just happen. If I could find another service I would change immediately, but unfortunately these Primo people seem to have the market wrapped up. Beware this company. Just do yelp searches or BBB searches of Primo water and you will see what I am talking about here. It is ridiculous. Seriously Primo. Not one single on time delivery since you took over. Even worse, not one single delivery within 3 weeks of the scheduled time since you took over. I have never in my life experienced such poor service. Update. Of course, just as I stated above, they responded quickly to the google review and asked me to email them. I emailed them details and immediately we got a notice on our online account that they would accelerate our delivery and have water for us on Christmas Eve. So, we took all 8 bottles we have now accumulated out on the porch the night of the 23rd, only to get a notice mid morning on the 24th that the delivery was delayed until January. I have absolutely no belief at all that there will actually be a delivery then. Again, more broken promises, more lies, it just continues and o prove how horrible they are. Seriously, why did you ask me to send an email if you had zero intention of following through and the delivery.

    Had delivery scheduled for the 4th. Every day after the 4th we received a text message the water delivery was delayed. We are now well over a week of daily delays and no delivery has been made. Getting help from customer service is very difficult. We are just here waiting and they have been paid.
