In October 2025 I was given a free 3-month promotional deal for Ready Fresh Primo Brands water. Four 5 gallon jugs of water and a dispenser was delivered to my home a few weeks later. At the end of the free promotional deal I could keep the dispenser and pay for it. However, I didn't want to keep the water delivery service. I was told that I couldn't keep the dispenser without the water delivery so I scheduled for Ready Fresh to pick up everything on January 30, 2026
For 4 weeks, every week o one ever came to pick up anything. Each week I would call only to be told that Ready Fresh has no record of me having a dispenser and that the bottles were picked up. Two representatives even told me to keep the dispenser since there was no record of me ever having one, but the driver would come get the bottles. Bottles were scheduled to be picked up today (2/20/2026) but no one ever came by even though I keep receiving texts that say the empty bottles have been picked up.

I wish we could write reviews with no stars. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! They are corrupt, unethical, and over all shady. If you are having a difficult time canceling your service for any reason, ours was because they do not communicate delivery changes, report them to the BBB! We canceled our service and they demanded we return the water bottles we paid a deposit for. This went on for almost a month and when they finally came to pick up the bottles they dropped off 2 more. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Seek legal assistance because under the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)'s "Click-to-Cancel" rule (16 CFR Part 425), companies must provide simple, easy cancellation mechanisms, and failing to stop charges after cancellation is an unfair/deceptive practice.

Terrible customer service and zero consistency. I have had one delivery since December 12, 2025. They missed today’s delivery as well. I have spent well over 2 hours on the phone with customer service, but they are not local so there isn’t much they can do l. They will offer free deliveries to make up for it, but that doesn’t help when the local provider can’t deliver the water. It used to be a solid company, but they merged with someone else who can’t service the area properly. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business

The water is good, crisp, and clean. But the customer service is less to be desired. You are better off buying a dispenser from Walmart or Amazon and going to the grocery store to get the bottles refilled yourself.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Continually canceling deliveries and I have to go to the store to get my water. Customer service is an app that doesn't work. Avoid like the plague.
