    Most incompetent local organization you will interact with. Missed delivery to my home 6x and its not correctable as the national call center has no ability to interact with local team for completion. Don't waste your time.

    Terrible service!! I have been waiting for 13 days to get water. I call and get told it will be delivered tomorrow. I get text messages that it is coming and to set my bottles out. I get a text that it has been delivered and It has not been. I try calling keep getting out on hold for 20 or so minutes it then disconnects. I have asked to speak to managers and when I finally get thru to one they say oh this is unacceptable and say you will have water tomorrow only I never comes!! 8 am currently only home now for 25 minutes and no one is getting back to me. Do not use this company at all nif I could give it negative stars I would!!!!

    Horrible service. Horrible customer service. I have issues every single month where my order is pushed up for weeks at a time. I’m changing companies today. I’ve never had issues with any company like this place

    It is such an inconvenience when I am not getting my services delivered every month on time. It is also a inconvenience an a letdown for me to call customer service and make a complaint and to be told. I’m going to be refunded for the inconvenience and now I’m still waiting on two separate refunds that I’ve never received.i was suppose to go my order this week and only to be told yesterday that my order is again delayed, but they are not taking any accountability. I am about to cancel my service because they are beyond out of line and unprofessional!!!!!

    Do not water your time, money, or energy! I have had this company (now Primo but previously ready fresh, makes no difference, same crappy service) for over a year and it has been nothing but a headache. At minimum I've had to contact them three times about the frequency of the water deliveries; nevermind the numerous times I had to cancel, skip, or reschedule deliveries on their app. I am on a 3 month schedule, however, they conveniently keep on changing me back to one month. Apparently the company does not know what 90 days is. To top it off this past Saturday I was notified via voicemail of an upcoming order delivery for Monday, which is not due until December. I was unable to cancel this delivery because they are closed on Saturday and Sundays and the app would not allow me to cancel the order. I didn't leave any empty bottles on my porch for the exchange - BECAUSE I DON'T NEED ANY WATER and yet I have had 4 waters delivered!
