- JPJen PetrieNov 15, 20251.0I placed an online order at FedEx and selected 80 lb paper, expecting a thicker, higher-quality paper (as is standard everywhere else). Instead, my order was printed on extremely thin, cheap-feeling printer paper. When I asked the employee why it wasn’t printed on thicker paper, she gave a confusing explanation about how it “comes in a big sheet,” but couldn’t clarify why it was labeled 80 lb online if it wasn’t actually thicker. What made the experience worse is that no solution was offered, no reprint, no alternative paper, nothing. Just a shrug and “that’s how it is.” The labeling on their website is misleading, and the customer service at the store was disappointing. I won’t be using their printing services again.
