I have not had good experiences at this location! I have done any FedEx business across the street at Walgreens When UPS started taking the Happy returns I had even less reason to use FedEx However today I had to go because they take passport photos
All of my bad experiences have had to do with the employees and today was no exception. Today Vanessa was exceptionally helpful because Kevin S (not sure if a manager) completely ignored me and continued to work on his computer. She informed me that he typically took the pics and that she has not taken a passport photo in a very long time. When she saw that he did not appear to want to help me at all she stepped in. He was not helpful to her; he was even curt and condescending when she asked a question. I understand having computer work to do, but you should be in the back. If you have to be in the front working you should at least acknowledge customers and at the very least help a coworker who is being helpful You only need passport pictures every 10 years so I will absolutely have no reason to go back for at least that long!

I walked in near closing time and the place was busier than expected with two pending customers and two that came in right after me. Kevin and the other employee whose name I didn’t catch remained calm and level headed. When it was my turn in line, Kevin gave me the same excellent customer service I would imagine he’d give the first customer of the day. Kindness, warmth, and genuine care for the customer are qualities that are unfortunately becoming less common in customer service. I was so grateful for his help that I felt moved to give Kevin his kudos! I would definitely come back!

Terrible service. The documents I sent have still not been delivered. The US office doesn't understand the regulations for international shipping, and this has caused the delay of the legal documents I sent, and they take no responsibility for this. Now I have to call the office in the other country daily to check the status of the document delivery. The worst part is that it's a service for which I paid a lot of money.
