    Terrible service. The documents I sent have still not been delivered. The US office doesn't understand the regulations for international shipping, and this has caused the delay of the legal documents I sent, and they take no responsibility for this. Now I have to call the office in the other country daily to check the status of the document delivery. The worst part is that it's a service for which I paid a lot of money.

    Good customer service.I had some business cards printed up. One of the sides were cut incorrectly and they offered to re print them again with the correct cut.

    1 star to get FedEx attention, the store is fine. But Google mallp directed me to their OLD location across the street. In fact it seems to imply I am then supposed to walk scross a busy multi lane highway to get there!
