  First time at the store, I went to drop off a return. Yolanda is amazing! So pleasant to talk to and she made the shipping store experience FUN for my 6-year-old! I’ll probably start doing here instead of UPS for my shipping needs.

  I went to get my passport photo done here. The older gentleman who took the photo kept saying my ears are flat and he took the photo with one ear showing and my face too bright. He also did not stand back far enough to take the pic. I asked for it to be redone and he said he could not do anything different. I had to download a passport app connected to Walgreens and retake the pics at home, then print them at Walgreens. Those turned out perfect and the employee at Walgreens was very helpful unlike this man who told me about 3 times in the hearing of the other customers that my ears are flat and there is nothing he can do about it. Unprofessional! I wanted to get a refund but I did not want to step foot back in that store. So disappointed with the passport photo service there.
