Unfortunately for everyone in the store, a very irate and rude customer came in and immediately started raising his voice at the two employees working. Brit, who was in the process of taking my friend’s VISA photo, got the short end of the stick having to deal with this guy. She tried to calmly explain to him the situation at hand and deescalate the situation. This guy was not having any of it. Hurling accusations/insults, demanding for a manager, taking photos of Brit, and refusing to listen to Brit or the other employee working. I genuinely felt uncomfortable with this guy in the store. As someone who has had to deal with the public and the many characters you can meet working in a service industry, Brit did an exceptional job handling this situation while still taking care of my friend. Big shoutout to Brit and the other employee working, they handled that situation a lot better than I would have.
