She put me in contact with the FedEx home office and had me up and running within a few minutes. The whole time she showed patience, empathy and was very knowledgeable.

- CCChristy CameronDec 1, 20251.0I used to bring all sorts of random printing business to this location because the employees were so friendly and helpful, but apparently that has changed. I brought in three little posters (purchased from five below) to have them laminated for my daughter‘s room. The woman who helped me behind the counter, and I use the word helped very loosely, began to repeatedly insist that they could not laminate the posters because they were rolled up. That was very new and interesting information because they have laminated about 20 posters for me at this location always brought in the same way. I gestured to the many empty work tables behind her and asked if it would not be possible for them to weigh them down prior to running them through the lamination machine. I am in no rush and could pick them up even later in the week if that would be more convenient. In the past, they had always done this. She said no, not really, and that I would need to sign a waiver in case the posters got damaged. Again, we are talking about five dollar posters from five below. I was about to pay more for laminating than I paid for posters. I said that I was happy to sign a waiver. She then began insisting again that I unroll them and flatten them and bring them back in, and then they would help me. To which I responded that I would simply take my business elsewhere, and I have done so. The UPS store was very happy to do this job for me. This location is not one for customer service. If you’re self service you’re golden.
