  I have always been pleased with this center. Most recently there was an issue with a printing order that was completely out of their control, another site was handling it, and they went out of their way to make it right. In today's world where most situations like this would have ended with, "not our fault", they 100% stepped in for the other site's failure and remedied the situation. I for sure will be going back.

  I was in town for a career fair at NC State and realized I forgot to restock my bag with our company brochures. I placed an order through Canva to this store the night before and called once they were open to see if I could get them before the fair event started. Tamica was A-MAZ-ING!!! She jumped right on them for me and called me the minute they were ready and I had them in time to start the event with plenty of brochures. She was kind, helpful and so pleasant to talk with -- definitely my HERO of the day!!

  FedEx charged $90 to deliver a letter in 4 days and won't refund my money.

  I recently visited this office as I was having trouble accessing my account online. The assistant manager,Lizzy, was very helpful, courteous, and professional. She put me in contact with the FedEx home office and had me up and running within a few minutes. The whole time she showed patience, empathy and was very knowledgeable.

  I paid $118, for the overnight shipping of a very small item. It then took over 4 days to be delivered. I called costumer service to request a partial refund, since the service was not provided, and was told they could not do so. Ridiculous.
