Then, a few days later, the package shows up back at my house as I had mistakenly addressed it to myself, from COLORADO. The addresses were written backwards. I understand there’s a screen we click to confirm etc etc, but “is what’s on the screen correct?” Is very vague. It’s part of the job to catch things like this and ASSIST customers as a result. Tell me why this woman checked over my package and didn’t bat an eye that I was in PRINCETON mailing something from COLORADO? TO Princeton? She just let’s me waste my money and time because she’s either incompetent or refuses to do more than the bare minimum when “assisting” customers.
