Angie told a disabled senior to go stand at the back of a line behind nine people a SECOND time after she’d already waited in that same line because she didn’t have the form that was behind the counter. When the disabled senior asked to see the manager, Shawna Keaton, she was told the manager, Shawna, was too busy to speak with her and come back later. What kind of people treat any customer that way, let alone a person that suffers from pain standing there? One can only hope that karma finds these awful human beings.
- IHisaac hobsonNov 22, 20251.0I watched my delivery guy pass by my road, and an hour later my delivery that "out for delivery" was "delivered" to a parcel locker, no key was left in my mail box. Been dealing with this post office for years and they do not care about on time deliveries period. We're are regularly skipped for delivery. News flash USPS, we all have cameras, and know when we are skipped, or the driver "was unable to deliver" .... unacceptable .

I mailed a time sensitive item, which sat for two days before it even began to be processed. Needless to say, my item did not arrive by the date noted based on the price I paid.

I scheduled passport services 3 weeks in advance and got a confirmation email the day prior, only to drive 1 hour to be told that the passport person wasn't working that day which was known ahead of time... Another customer at the front desk was trying to get confirmation for an appointment the next day and they couldn't help her at all. Good luck getting any passport service at this location.
