Everyone who works there is always so nice. The line is usually not long at all maybe one or two people. Except before Christmas, then it’s longer. Very easy to do Amazon Returns there. Unlike others have said it’s a great hardware store so much fun to look around, lots of stuff for kids.

UPS stores that are in other stores I tend not to go to. This isn’t A standalone store but inside a hardware store. The UPS representative was nice, but I would not go back due to the fact that it is not a standalone store

This has been our go to shipping and Amazon returns point since moving to Pittsboro two years ago. Gisselle and the other employees are efficient, patient, and personable. I’ve never had to wait more than a minute or two. It’s also super convenient to pick something up in the hardware store if you need it when you come in! Thank you for your great service!!
