What I do have a problem with is a package left propped up against the mailbox post on the side of the road for anybody to take. Then to call the post office and they think it is funny!! Seriously lacking customer service and common sense among other things. Ridiculous!!

Am I not allowed to ask simple and easy to answer questions about what is considered a fragile piece of mail? Pinnacle is such a warm and friendly neighborhood and we deserve better than this. I (along with several others I’ve talked to) will not ever be back.
