- JDJanelle DickinsonMay 28, 20251.0worst mail lady ever!!! she doesn't even ATTEMPT to deliver our packages. we have seen it on our security cameras multiple times. then they turn around and return it to sender because my work hours are the same and I couldn't get there in time to get the package. then I call to complain, and they take up for her and said she doesn't have to attempt to deliver it if she doesn't feel safe. I get you don't like dogs but why can't she pull in the driveway and honk the horn for someone to come out and get it, that's all I have asked. Amazon, fed ex, literally anyone else gets out of the car and comes right to the door with no problem and delivers our packages! this is ridiculous!!! if i could choose another post office i would.

Am I not allowed to ask simple and easy to answer questions about what is considered a fragile piece of mail? Pinnacle is such a warm and friendly neighborhood and we deserve better than this. I (along with several others I’ve talked to) will not ever be back.

Pleasant as I am...the young lady employee thin, brown shoulder length hair..needs severe lessons on her personality with the public! Told her to have a nice Easter..."no reply"...told her to have a nice day..."no reply!" Sorry to inconvenience this young lady!!!
