- CCCJNov 15, 20251.0Went into this USPS in Pineville, NC this morning 11/15/25. There was an older, disheveled man working who was sitting behind the desk on his phone and did not acknowledge me. I was the only customer in there. When I walked up to the desk he was very rude and acted like it was a bother to provide service. When I paid, a screen popped up to review service with a frown, neutral, or smiley face. The man quickly put his arm over the desk and clicked a happy face for himself before I could do anything. He absolutely does not deserve a smiley face.
- MLMaria LOct 29, 20255.0always have a great experience at this USPS location! The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to drop off packages or handle any mailing needs quickly. Definitely one of the better post offices in the area
- TBTina BrownDec 15, 20231.0Went to pick up my package today because UPS gave it to USPS The white middle-aged going bald postman that work in the office was rude as hell he told me to come back in 30 minutes and my package will be ready then when he gave me my package he had an attitude talking about technically when I supposed to give out packages if it's got my address and my name and I'm showing you identification it shouldn't be no problem I pick up packages before up there with no issue he definitely is a rude person and very nasty I think he need to retire maybe that's not the job for him cuz he definitely not a people person and we would have been fighting for my package
