Packages disappear into a black hole, tracking updates feel like fictional short stories, and “out for delivery” apparently means whenever we feel like it or send back to carrier. My daughter’s ONLY big gift was not delivered but returned to sender instead for no apparent reason. There was one attempt that was made, I was told that there would be two more attempts, I was here both days in a row, and there was not another attempt. Customer service is a maze of automated responses that lead absolutely nowhere, and accountability is nonexistent. Paying for shipping with UPS feels like gambling—except the house always wins and you always lose. I will never use UPS ever again if I can help it. Fed Ex is the way to go! Angry Mother!

It’s so convenient to drop off packages because when I have packages to return to Amazon or wherever, I just pick up my prescriptions and I’ll drop off my packages. It’s the most convenient location for UPS This UPS location It’s not just drop off. It’s for UPS drop off, US Mail, copies, printing plus they have UPS mailboxes right inside the store as well. So convenient and I have to mention the staff at this UPS location/pharmacy are excellent. It’s a family owned business. Everyone is always so polite and attentive to whatever I need.
