I’ve had a package that was in their shipping center since Monday and everyday on the mobile app it says “out for delivery” and the package never arrived and here it is day 3 and still no package. Every time I called the 1800 number I get a different answer. One staff said “due to inclement weather” I’m 40 min from the site and it’s been sunny and warm. Hate this company.
