With Jennifer and this particular fed ex, I know they will take care of my business needs. YOU CAN TRUST YOUR BUSINESS WITH JENNER. I'm a new business and learned the hard way from UPS that not having your packages delivered can make or break a new buisness. I had a package scheduled to deliver on Wednesday it never came so I called and was told it would deliver Thursday by 8pm still no package. Friday morning the first representative had me confirm my address which I did and told him I had already did that two other reps he then tells me my address is undeliverable so I asked to speak to a supervisor and I’m told they attempted to deliver twice which was an absolute lie because I worked from home all week to be available for the delivery. I ended up have to drive 30 mins away to pick up my package!! Worst customer service ever!!!!
