Three times saying the package is "out for delivery", but never arrives until 10 days after it was supposed to (which was just before the snowstorm)..but they're always late. FedEx is the absolute worst shipping carrier. They are constantly delaying shipments and in this instance they misloaded the shipment at least four times only for it to arrive nearly two weeks late. FedEx customer care was completely unhelpful to track it any further than what their website said. Granted, the weather delayed this shipment, but 10 days late is shamefully inept, even for FedEx Ground. Currently waiting on yet a another package today Feb 16 2026 said since this morning: arriving early and out for delivery..doubtful it will arrive today.

When fedex sent me shipping confirmation it stated that it would be left outside. I immediately called FedEx about the issue and the rep stated that they fixed it and delivery would be inside front door. On delivery date I received a confirmation that my delivery would be between 12:40 and 2:40 PM. The delivery guy delivered around 11:30, did not ring doorbell and left the mattress outside. I was home. My ring notified me that someone was outside. When I got to the front door he was pulling off. Now as a woman, I need to figure out how to get this 95 pound box inside my house.

It's Feb 6th and it's still on the way despite being only 20 miles away from my house since Feb 4th. It was possible but they won't do it (schedule attached). As of Sunday, the package is not moved.
