Mail that is mailed at the post office seems to mysteriously never make it to it's destination. Who do we need to talk to, to get this improved??! Poor excuse of US Postal Service! 📫

Now there are rude & unpleasant staff who could care less about anything but getting through their day. I can understand if this were Charlotte or another major city but we are a small town. You need to act like it. I had one of the most unpleasant experiences in a business that I've had in a very long time. You should really be ashamed to treat customers like that.
