- MKMelissa KefferDec 10, 20251.0Between your mailbox getting hit at least 3x's plus in a year, everyone in the neighborhood has to swap out mail because it doesn't go in the right box or never getting your mail at all, I don't know which is worse. Mail that is mailed at the post office seems to mysteriously never make it to it's destination. Who do we need to talk to, to get this improved??! Poor excuse of US Postal Service! 📫

Now there are rude & unpleasant staff who could care less about anything but getting through their day. I can understand if this were Charlotte or another major city but we are a small town. You need to act like it. I had one of the most unpleasant experiences in a business that I've had in a very long time. You should really be ashamed to treat customers like that.

- GDgolf daddyAug 19, 20252.0When a delivery makes it all the way across the country by Amazon and they leave at a post office less than 5 miles from the pilot mountain post and our tax payers dollars are being wasted by them shipping the load an hour back down the road instead of driven 5 miles in of those white vans (tax money) they need to find someone with some common sense to run this mess , Joe would have more sense than this !!!!!!!!!
