Really appreciate how a package my fiance ordered was literally open and the items were missing, so he goes by the post office and they were literally useless saying the package wasn't reported damaged but very clearly was damaged and missing the items. How does something taped all around have a slit down the side and bottom go unnoticed. Claimed he would ask the employee about it, freaking Incompetent people working there. Hope yall enjoyed the 30 dollars worth of jerky we ordered.

The two hour lunch break during prime drop off hours, multiple times over the past month I’ve went during their short available hours to find no one there & a note on the door, one of the employees I see most often is never pleasant and seems annoyed to scan packages, we even have problems with our mailbox being left open and getting wet from rain. I don’t understand why this place isn’t held to higher standards.

Normally my experience with this office has been well. However the last three packages mailed to us have been sent to the wrong house, or left at the wrong house in the rain in the case of the third.
