I sent a package for my mom for Mother’s Day and it sat at this location for over 24hrs before they even did anything with it, and continued to be ignored at the distribution centers following this. I have never in my life had a package just *fall off the map* for 4 days.. I sent this with PLENTY of time for it to get across the state. Yes, the state - it wasn’t going across the country. Somehow, 4 days later it STILL has not even gotten close to being delivered and Mother’s Day is right around the corner. My mom is not healthy and I don’t know how many more I will have with her, this gift was very special (sentimental AND expensive). And now, she won’t even get it on time, thanks to this location not caring about their job. Will NEVER use this location again. If I could leave zero stars I ABSOLUTELY would.
