- VVValerieOct 3, 20255.0Since Michelle retired, the folks working the Patterson PO has been ok. Until Jacob started working there. Jacob knows everyone by name. The post office is sparkling clean. Although he is busy as heck he takes a couple seconds to make you feel welcome and important. I watched him the other day patiently work with a very elderly, confused customer attempting to pay a bill. Jacob is the best PO employee for the Patterson Post office.
