- AFApril FordJul 26, 20251.0I have given a handful of complaints in person to this location. Nothing ever changes. The women who work at this location seem to have their own hours, and make them up day to day. I have had packages left under the parcel box in the rain, and other times I've been made to pick up my package because its "too large" to fit in the parcel box when it could have easily fit. When I have to pick up my packages, I have to work around whenever they decide to open the doors. I've wasted countless minutes and miles running back and forth across town trying to catch them at the right time to retrieve my packages, not just once or twice but every single time I need to pick my package up. Other times the packages are crammed in to the parcel so tightly its ruined the packing or required me to rip it out. There is zero consistency with this office from the ladies in the building down to the ones delivering mail and packages. I've recieved my neighbors mail in my personal box countless times, and have had urgent mail delayed and/or never given to me. Today was the icing on the cake when the parcel box door was broken by the weight of two large packages shoved in, and a rubber band used to hold it. UNPROFESSIONAL and lazy! If you reside in Otto and make weekly trips to Franklin anyways, you're better off getting a PO Box there and dealing with them. Dillard's Post Office is always open when they claim to be and the people there are a lot nicer to deal with as well.

When you order from Amazon you hope it’s coming from UPS but it’s not always guaranteed. Not sure how you even hold these people accountable besides chewing them out when you go pick up your stuff.
