- JEJoel EdwardsFeb 13, 20265.0The Post Office was busy with quite a line and two employees working the “windows.” I had a pre-paid postage package to mail. Things were running a bit slowly helping the people at the windows with some unique issues when one of the employees saw me with my package. She proactively invited everyone who just needed to drop off prepaid items to bring them to her. That saved me time and I was grateful to her for her heads-up actions and thoughtful service. Well done!
