We picked up a grocery bag at Food Lion and were hoping an agent would loan us scissors and tape. The nicest guy, Timothy , said not to worry about wrapping it up. He said he would take care of packaging it up for us. What an act of kindness!!! After an experience with a rude receptionist at Emerge Ortho, this experience confirmed my belief there are still kind people in this world. Thank you Timothy for being such an awesome UPS employee! I hope your supervisor reads this!!

I had just gotten off an 8hr shift & he made me laugh so that really meant alot.. he assured me my mom's package would arrive on time.. The store is in Ocean Isle Beach, NC..

They were cheerful even when I messed up and gave them an item with the wrong return bar code. They corrected it quickly and with no visible expressions of shaming me (No Frowns or groans) - at least until after I left the store :D! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

I had a “no box, no label” amazon return today and found the owner out front with his customers demonstrating a new self-service station for returns. He patiently assisted each customer on how to scan their QR codes, print label, and attach to shipping bag. I commend him for his adoption of this new technology and for recognizing the need to do some “training” with his customers. I had a bad experience here last year. It may have been him or it may have been me but I admit everyone has a bad day every once it a while. This guy is really trying so I think his customers should too. Thank you UPS guy.
