  Went to the store to get a document notarized and mailed. The older guy behind the counter was helping a person at the counter. There was one person in front of me and one behind me. He asked everyone what they needed and when I said I needed my document notarized and mailed he said very rudely “you’ll need to come back in an hour “. There are two people in front of me. How about I never come back! I immediately went to the Shallotte store where they happily helped me. Classic way to lose a customer forever.

  Ocean Isle Beach UPS has the best people working there. Even during holiday rush they take their time to make sure that everything is taken care of.
