There was one person in front of me and one behind me. He asked everyone what they needed and when I said I needed my document notarized and mailed he said very rudely “you’ll need to come back in an hour “. There are two people in front of me. How about I never come back! I immediately went to the Shallotte store where they happily helped me. Classic way to lose a customer forever.

We picked up a grocery bag at Food Lion and were hoping an agent would loan us scissors and tape. The nicest guy, Timothy , said not to worry about wrapping it up. He said he would take care of packaging it up for us. What an act of kindness!!! After an experience with a rude receptionist at Emerge Ortho, this experience confirmed my belief there are still kind people in this world. Thank you Timothy for being such an awesome UPS employee! I hope your supervisor reads this!!
