Countless people ahead of me chatted and laughed with the workers, but when I got to the counter and asked questions regarding passports, I was an inconvenience. Mind you, there was no one else behind me, so I wasn’t holding up the line. She constantly acted annoyed and when I heard her huff while getting me a duplicate form, I told her to hand me the items and I’d take it to a different location because I could tell she was annoyed. Her response was “I’m not annoyed, we’re just behind”…I’m sorry, but you weren’t behind while being chatty with the people in front of me, and why am I reaping the consequences of your attitude when I’m not the reason you’re behind. I’m a customer asking questions … If I could put 0 stars, I would.
