Everything from mail not being picked up even though the flag was raised on multiple times causing very important mail to be late. I have 4ft tall stakes where I was doing a repair on the property 30ft from the mailbox because they want to run through the grass to the next mailbox, not a huge deal but this has made a deep muddy hole i have filled multiple times and I was trying again to fix it again with a 3 stakes with caution tape to block the hole until grass grows good and it was ran over. Went to the local branch and was told the manager would call. Nope. Went back and the manager wouldn't talk to me. I was told I would get a callback. Nope didnt happen. Not good customer service at all. I wanted to come up with a solution.
